OFFICE MIAN YE is a design studio based in New York City. Our work ranges from private residential homes to large public spaces.The studio is currently working on several art galleries in New York City; a community center East Williamsburg, NY; a 44 unit micro-condo in Brooklyn, NY; Concept design for Sheraton Grand Hotel’s guest rooms and public spaces currently under construction; a multi-use cultural park in Brooklyn, NY; a yoga studio in LA; a concept store for a luxury brand in Washington, D.C and private residences in both Maryland and Inishnee, Ireland.
MIAN YE received his Bachelors of Science in Architecture from Penn State University. He has worked at a number of award winning offices in the United States and Europe including Peter Eisenman, OMA in Rotterdam, Ten Arquitectos and most recently, Diller Scofidio and Renfro. He is originally from North Potomac, Maryland and has lived in Beijing, Rome and Rotterdam prior to moving to New York City in 2008. He is currently an adjunct instructor at NJIT and has lectured at the University of Missouri, a guest juror at the Pratt Institute and The Cooper Union.
